Rustovo Monastery

Rustovo Monastery is an Orthodox religious site in the mountains near Budva featuring a central church dedicated to the Assumption of Mary and a smaller chapel honoring Saint Benedict. The complex also includes a modern church dedicated to Russian Orthodox martyrs.

Medieval graves discovered in the monastery yard show that monks lived here centuries ago. Over time the site developed, with newer structures added while maintaining its spiritual purpose.
