Blatina kraj Prožure

Blatina kraj Prožure is a 62-hectare protected site with shallow waters and specialized aquatic plants on the bottom. The terrain consists mainly of wetland areas with distinctive vegetation patterns that support specific species.

The site was proposed for protection in 2013 and received its official designation in 2014 as part of a European network. This recognition ensures the fragile ecosystem remains protected from development.
