Saint Teresa chapel, Catholic chapel on vineyard slopes in Tarcal, Hungary

The Saint Teresa Chapel stands on a hill among the vineyards, offering views across the Tokaj wine region of northeastern Hungary.

The chapel was constructed in 1750 by architect Gottfried Drese as a commission from Count Antal Grassalkovich to honor Empress Maria Theresa.

The religious structure represents the Catholic heritage of the region while incorporating elements of Hungarian Baroque architectural traditions from the 18th century.

Visitors can reach the chapel using its coordinates 48.148467°N and 21.334074°E, with the site remaining open for both religious services and tourism.
