Sugár Shopping Center is a three-level retail complex located at Örs vezér tere in Budapest, offering fashion, electronics, household goods, and several dining options under one roof. The stores range from local retailers to well-known international chains, with common areas that make navigation straightforward.

Sugár Üzletközpont opened on 7 November 1980 at Örs vezér tere, built to serve the Füredi úti lakótelep housing estate planned in the 1960s. Architects Iványi László, Kovács Balázs and Zádori Attila of BUVÁTI won the design competition; excavation of the site began in 1975 and foundation work ran long for geotechnical reasons. From 2003 it belonged to the Fotex group, which renovated the building inside and out between 2004 and 2007.

The name SUGÁR means "ray" in Hungarian, and the slogan was "CSAK EGY UGRÁS A SUGÁR" ("just one hop to Sugár"), pointing to its spot at a busy transport hub. The wide forum around the building hosted festive fairs, craft and folk-art markets and book-day events, and an outdoor stage sometimes went up for artists promoting the store.

The building stands on the Zugló side of Örs vezér tere, with a large free surface car park behind it for drivers. A ramp gives step-free access to the upper level for prams and wheelchairs, and a footbridge over the Kerepesi road and HÉV tracks lets pedestrians from the Kőbánya side reach the center without the underpass.

The Keravill department store had a lock-chamber loading bay: suppliers unloaded into an anteroom, and staff moved goods to the sales floor later, so deliveries and shop work never interfered. The record department received the first cash registers able to track sales item by item.
