Riverpoint, High-rise building in Limerick, Ireland

Riverpoint is a high-rise complex on Bishops Quay featuring two towers that rise prominently above the surrounding area. The development combines residential units, office space, dining facilities, and parking in one integrated structure.

St. Munchin's House, a 1960s Department of Agriculture office block called one of Limerick's ugliest buildings, stood on this site. The main Riverpoint tower rose beside it, and St. Munchin's House was demolished as the second tower opened in 2007. The department then moved into Riverpoint.

The site previously held St. Munchin's House, a 1960s Department of Agriculture office dubbed one of Limerick's "ugliest" buildings. Its demolition as the second tower opened in 2007 replaced that block with the Riverpoint complex, which now houses the department's successor offices. The change is legible to anyone walking the Bishop's Quay riverfront.

Riverpoint occupies most of the block bounded by Henry Street, Lower Mallow Street, Bishop's Quay and Mill Lane, with its main tower at the corner of Lower Mallow Street and Bishop's Quay, facing the Shannon Bridge. A 250-space underground car park serves the complex, alongside a restaurant and fitness centre. The other buildings on the site are an apartment block at Lower Mallow Street and Henry Street, and Estuary House on Henry Street.

The main tower is 1.5 m taller than the neighbouring Clayton Hotel, which at 57.0 m is Ireland's tallest hotel. The complex occupies most of the block bounded by Henry Street, Lower Mallow Street, Bishop's Quay and Mill Lane, and its 250-space car park lies underground.
