Riverpoint, High-rise building at Bishops Quay, Limerick, Ireland.
The Riverpoint complex consists of two towers reaching 192 feet, with its main structure positioned on the riverfront next to Shannon Bridge.
The construction of this €75 million development began in 2005, replacing St Munchin's House, and reached completion in 2008.
The structure marks the transformation of Limerick's urban landscape, introducing contemporary architecture alongside the traditional buildings near River Shannon.
The complex incorporates 137 apartments, office spaces across 13 floors, a restaurant, a fitness center, and an underground parking facility for 250 vehicles.
Riverpoint stands as Ireland's fourth-tallest building and maintains the position of third-highest structure in the Munster region after Cork County Hall and The Elysian.
