The Casino Model Railway Museum occupies a two-storey thatched cottage with eight bays built around 1750 as a shooting lodge for the Talbot family. Its 11m by 4m layout runs six trains at once on a double loop oval, with Bray Head at one end and Dublin at the other, plus Mallow and Malahide stations on the sides and an overhead track.
The museum opened in January 2020 and displays the complete collection of handcrafted model railways created by Cyril Fry over his lifetime. This assembly represents decades of dedication to documenting and recreating Irish railway history in miniature form.
