Beit Rubinstein, High-rise building in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Beit Rubinstein is a high-rise office tower in Tel Aviv with a curved glass exterior that features both concave and convex surfaces, standing around 108 meters tall. The tower has 30 floors of office space and a nine-level parking structure built as part of the same complex.
The tower was completed in 1999, during a period when Tel Aviv was expanding its commercial center with new large-scale construction. It was among several tall buildings that changed the city's skyline in those years.
Beit Rubinstein sits in the heart of Tel Aviv's business district, where office workers and visitors come and go throughout the day. The curved glass facade makes it easy to spot from the street, giving it a presence that stands apart from the surrounding buildings.
The building works mainly as an office complex, so access is generally limited to employees and business visitors. The parking structure within the complex makes it easy to arrive by car, though public transport stops are also nearby.
The ground floor of the building was designed from the start to accommodate a future underground train station beneath the street. This means the foundations were engineered to allow tunneling below without affecting the structure above.
