Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center

Tel Aviv Performing Arts Center is an opera house in central Tel Aviv housing three main venues that bring together the Israeli Opera, Chamber Theater, and art exhibitions. The buildings contain multiple performance spaces designed for different types of artistic events.

Architect Jacob Richter designed this building, which opened in 1994 and became a major cultural institution in the city. Designer Ron Arad later carried out a comprehensive interior renovation of the facility.

The center presents classical operas, symphonic concerts, and theatrical productions with both Israeli and international performers. Audiences experience a blend of traditional and contemporary performing arts throughout the year.

The facility features a grand lobby called The Fayer suitable for events and offers covered parking for visitors. The location in central Tel Aviv makes it easy to reach by public transportation or on foot from nearby neighborhoods.

The complex includes an outdoor performance space along King Saul Boulevard where concerts and shows can happen under the open sky. This outdoor area expands the artistic reach beyond the indoor theaters.
