The multistory structure rests on pillars extending into the Mediterranean Sea, featuring glass floors and large viewing balconies facing the water.
Built in 1937 by architect Alfred Goldberger, the complex served as a social center for British officers and local residents during the British Mandate period.
International performers, including Josephine Baker, entertained audiences in this venue that combined dining, dancing, and swimming facilities under one roof.
The abandoned building stands at Margolin Pier 1, near the Bat Galim railway station and the lower terminal of the Haifa Cable Car.
The building incorporates architectural elements that allow visitors to observe sea waves through transparent floor sections, merging indoor spaces with marine views.
