Midtown Towers, Modern skyscraper in Tel Aviv, Israel
Midtown Towers is a complex of two high-rises in downtown Tel Aviv reaching about 196 and 183 meters in height. The development combines office space and residential apartments in an integrated mixed-use project.
The project emerged in 2017 during a period when Tel Aviv was responding to growing demand for modern housing and office space in the city center. This phase marked how the city began building upward more intensively.
The towers shape how Tel Aviv appears as a global business hub today. Their contemporary design has become part of the city's modern identity and how people experience the downtown area.
The complex benefits from strong public transportation connections and has extensive parking facilities for visitors and residents. Its central downtown location makes it easily accessible from different parts of the city.
The two towers were deliberately designed as a connected complex with each building serving a different primary function. This created a new model for mixed-use neighborhoods in Tel Aviv with residential and business spaces side by side.
