Totzeret HaAretz Towers

Totzeret HaAretz Towers is an office complex in Tel Aviv's eastern district with two glass-faced buildings of different scales. The taller structure houses multiple commercial tenants across many floors, while both towers serve as workspace for businesses and companies.

The first tower opened in 2019 and introduced innovative design to Tel Aviv's business district. This project marked a shift in how commercial buildings were developed in the city.

The complex integrates modern architectural elements with sustainable practices, reflecting Tel Aviv's position as a center of technological advancement in the Middle East.

The ground level is open to pedestrians and visitors who want to explore the public spaces around the towers. You can walk freely around the buildings and observe the design features from street level.

The towers rest on thick structural columns that house technical systems, leaving the ground level completely open for public use. This design creates an unusual public plaza underneath the buildings where people can walk and rest.
