Azrieli Sarona Tower

The Azrieli Sarona Tower is a mixed-use high-rise building in central Tel Aviv with 64 floors housing offices, retail spaces, and accommodations. The structure combines commercial and residential functions within the same complex.

The site was acquired by the Azrieli Group in 2011, with construction beginning in 2013. This development marked a major transformation for the Sarona neighborhood.

The lower levels house shops and dining venues where locals and visitors gather throughout the day. This commercial space reflects how the neighborhood has developed as a modern meeting point for work and leisure activities.

The building offers underground parking with a portion reserved for public use near the train station. The location provides easy access to public transportation and helps visitors navigate the surrounding area.

Dedicated hotel floors within the tower operate with their own separate elevators and facilities. This arrangement allows the hotel to function independently from the office and retail operations above and below it.
