HaYovel Tower, Postmodern skyscraper in central Tel Aviv, Israel
The HaYovel Tower is a 158-meter (518-foot) tall office building in central Tel Aviv with 42 floors. The structure combines dark green granite with glass facades and fully glazed walls throughout its upper levels.
The tower was completed in 2005 on former land of the Israeli military base HaKirya. This project marked a turning point in converting military areas into modern business complexes.
The tower shows how Tel Aviv has grown by mixing government offices with private companies in one building. Visitors can see how the city creates modern workspaces that bring different sectors together.
The building has easy access from street level and an external elevator connecting to the upper floors for quick entry. Visitor access is generally limited since this is primarily a working office complex with restricted public areas.
The roof of the tower includes a helipad, which is unusual for an urban office building in the city. This feature makes it a distinctive point in Tel Aviv's skyline.
