Avraham Shapira's House

The restored two-story structure at Herzl Street 20 features original murals and exhibits weapons from the settlement's early defense period.

Avraham Shapira, who headed the guards of Petah Tikva colony in 1905, built this house and later donated it to the municipality in 1965.

The building functions as a cultural center presenting artifacts and displays that document the Jewish defense movement in Israel's early settlement period.

Visitors can access information about upcoming events and exhibitions through QR codes positioned at the entrance of the heritage building.

The courtyard contains an exhibition of original weapons used during the period when Shapira directed security operations for the settlement.
