Kaimur district, Administrative district in Patna division, India
Kaimur district is located in Patna division, Bihar, spanning hills, rivers, and agricultural land across its territory. The landscape features varied terrain with both natural landforms and farming areas integrated throughout.
The area separated from Rohtas district in 1991 and was initially called Bhabua district. The name changed to Kaimur in 1994 and has remained the same since then.
