Jirawala Tirth

Jirawala Tirth is a temple complex in Sirohi district featuring multiple grand entrance gates that lead to a central sanctum. The complex contains large statues of Tirthankara Adinath and includes numerous prayer halls arranged around the main structures.

The main Parshvanath temple dates back to the 12th century and represents the oldest construction within the complex. The structure underwent reconstruction following damage sustained during periods of conflict in the region.

The temple serves as a major pilgrimage destination for Jain devotees who come to pray and spend time in spiritual reflection. Visitors often move through the complex following ritual practices and personal devotion.

The complex is located about an hour's drive from Abu Road and can be visited during daylight hours. Wear comfortable clothing and allow time to explore the different areas throughout the site.

The complex features thousands of carved pillars arranged strategically to create clear sightlines toward the central sanctum. This carefully designed architecture allows visitors to follow rituals unobstructed while moving through the different sections of the site.
