Wooden Mosque

The mosque features two wooden minarets that reach 13 meters in height and displays intricate ceiling patterns made entirely from 40 tons of wood.

The construction of this religious structure was completed in 2000 after two years of work under the direction of architect Hamid Mojtahedi.

The interior walls of the prayer hall contain Quran verses carved into wood, combining religious text with traditional Persian craftsmanship.

The mosque stands along Wooden Village road, surrounded by agricultural fields, and requires visitors to obtain tickets from a nearby office.

The structure includes an inverted ship design and implements specialized insulation methods to protect the wooden elements from termites and natural erosion.
