The Santner Pass Hut sits at 2,734 meters (8,970 feet) high in the Dolomites, providing lodging for mountaineers exploring the region. The location gives access to several climbing routes and ridges that connect to surrounding peaks and rock formations.
The hut was founded in 1956 as a support point for mountaineers exploring the Dolomites. Over the decades, it has served climbers on various alpine routes and remains a key stop for those traversing the region.
The hut maintains traditional South Tyrolean hospitality and serves regional dishes. Climbers from around the world gather here to share meals and stories about their mountain journeys.
