Dreischusterhütte

Dreischusterhütte is a mountain hut located at 1635 meters in the Sexten Dolomites that provides accommodation and dining along hiking trails. It sits directly on alpine pathways, serving as a central base for exploring the surrounding peaks and valleys.

The hut was established in 1975 and became a central point for hikers exploring the Hochpustertal region. It has supported mountain tourism in this part of the Dolomites since its opening.

The hut preserves alpine customs by serving regional dishes made from local South Tyrolean ingredients, giving visitors a genuine connection to mountain life and traditions.

The hut operates from June through October and is best reached by Bus 446 toward Innichen or by car to the Antoniusstein parking area. Visitors should plan accordingly since mountain huts in this region close during winter months.

The hut sits at a junction of multiple trails, including a route to Torre dei Scarperi and connections to the famous Tre Cime di Lavaredo peaks. This position makes it a strategic place to visit several summits in a single day.
