The palace features an elliptical interior courtyard with dual ramp staircases and statues depicting virtues positioned along the rooflines of the structure.
Built in the 15th century, the palace underwent substantial renovations commissioned by Trojano Spinelli, who transformed it into a unified structure in 1767.
The interior courtyard displays twelve allegorical statues created by Jacopo Cestaro, alongside Roman busts and a maiolica clock face on a triangular pediment.
