Magistral Palace, Headquarters building in Via dei Condotti, Rome, Italy.

Magistral Palace is an administrative building located on Via dei Condotti in Rome, featuring three stories with beige-colored walls and ornamental cornicing. The main entrance displays flags of the Order of Malta above its doorway.

The building became the property of the Order of Malta in 1630 through a bequest from Italian archaeologist Antonio Bosio, who had purchased it during the 16th century. This transfer marked the beginning of its role as the order's Roman headquarters.

The palace serves as the administrative center of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, housing the offices that manage diplomatic ties across the world. The building remains an active seat of authority for this ancient religious order.

The building is located near Spagna metro station on Line A and is easily accessible on foot from there. It sits in Rome's historic center and is well-connected by public transportation throughout the city.

The palace holds special legal status granted by the Italian government: extraterritorial status similar to a foreign embassy. This means it operates with independence within the city of Rome itself.
