Forte Colle delle Benne, Military fort in Levico Terme, Italy.
The fort stands at 660 meters above sea level on San Biagio hill, monitoring Lake Levico and the northern regions of Valsugana valley.
Built between 1880 and 1882 by the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the fort featured a polygonal design with reinforced northern side and extended trench network.
The structure represents a prime example of Vogl fort architecture, characterized by its horseshoe-shaped design with multiple blocks forming distinct wings.
Visitors can reach the fort via a maintained municipal road, with the site providing basic facilities including hygienic services and partial electrical supply.
The fortified complex encompasses 20,765 square meters across Levico and Pergine territories, with the main structure occupying 240 square meters of space.
