Sant'Eutizio

Sant'Eutizio is a Romanesque abbey perched on a cliff overlooking Valle Castoriana, displaying distinctive architectural features from its long history. The building features a stone facade with religious symbols carved into its walls and a prominent bell tower that defines its outline.

Eastern monks settled here in the 5th century and built a sanctuary next to a natural spring on the site. The location gradually developed into a revered religious center with influence spreading across the surrounding region over the following centuries.
