Castle of Gioiosa Guardia

Castle of Gioiosa Guardia is a medieval fortress on a hilltop in Villamassargia with stone walls and defensive structures typical of the period. The ruins display the characteristic features of medieval fortress design with an elevated position that commands views of the surrounding valleys.
