The Garden of the Villa Bonaparte Belgiojoso, Public garden in Milan, Italy.

The Garden of the Villa Bonaparte Belgiojoso is a public park in Milan featuring curved paths, small bridges, and an artificial lake. The grounds contain varied plantings including coffee trees, cedars, and cherry trees arranged around the water.

The park was designed in 1793 by architect Leopold Pollack under the patronage of Count Lodovico Barbiano. It was among the first English-style gardens created in Milan and helped introduce this new design approach to the city.

The garden displays contemporary art installations, including sculptures like 'The Seven Wise Men' by Fausto Melotti, scattered throughout the green spaces. These works shape the character of the place and invite visitors to pause during their walk.

The garden is located on Via Palestro and is accessible with varying hours depending on the season. It is helpful to check the current opening times before visiting, as these change throughout the year.

Volunteer Ecological Guards lead visitors on botanical routes through the garden and explain the different plant species. These guided walks bring learning about the flora to life in a personal way.
