Parco urbano Franco Agosto

Parco Urbano Franco Agosto is a large urban park in Forlì featuring constructed waterways, bridges, and rolling terrain across its grounds. Visitors find restaurants, sports facilities, and play areas distributed throughout the space, along with a scenic lake formed from the landscape design.

This space opened in 1994 after being designed by city architect Elves Sbaragli. It takes its name from Forlì's first post-war mayor, honoring his contribution to the city.

Throughout the year, the park functions as an outdoor venue for numerous public events, gatherings, and recreational activities for local residents.

Several entry points let visitors access different parts of the park without needing to know the layout beforehand. A tourist train runs through the grounds, making it simple to explore or rest during your visit.

A section called Rabbit Hill features numerous burrows where rabbits live and move around freely on the grounds. This wildlife area offers visitors a chance to observe these animals in their daily routines while walking through the park.
