Palazzo Tupputi Schinosa, Noble palace in Bisceglie, Italy
The Palazzo Tupputi Schinosa features traditional Italian architectural elements with detailed stone carvings and symmetrical window arrangements across its primary facade.
General Ottavio Tupputi, who served under Napoleon and received multiple military commendations, owned the palace before his exile during the Bourbon period in 1848.
The palace contains various reception halls where the local nobility gathered for social events, displaying the customs of Italian aristocratic life.
The palace opens daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with guided tours available in multiple languages through the municipal tourism office.
The building preserves an original epitaph written by poet Giovanni Pascoli commemorating General Tupputi's participation in significant battles for Italian independence.
