Monti Lessini: Cascate di Molina

Multiple waterfalls cascade through an 80,000 square meter natural park, creating emerald pools and flowing streams within limestone formations.

The geological formations in the park emerged during the Cenozoic era, 25-30 million years ago, when rocks surfaced and were shaped by weather patterns.

The medieval village of Molina features traditional houses with red limestone roofs, reflecting the architectural style typical of the Lessinia region.

Three marked trails of varying lengths guide visitors through the park: a 1.2 kilometer green path, a 2.3 kilometer red path, and a 3.6 kilometer black path.

The park contains specific bat populations, including the Greater horseshoe bat, which inhabits the caves and protected areas within the natural reserve.
