Badia di S. Sebastiano, Medieval abbey in Alatri, Italy.
The monastery stands on a hill east of Alatri's center, featuring medieval architectural elements and a church with preserved frescoes.
Founded in the early 6th century by Abbot Servando, the abbey received Saint Benedict in 528 during his journey from Subiaco to Montecassino.
The church contains 13th-century frescoes from Umbria and Lazio schools depicting scenes from Christ and Madonna's life in the Cavallini style.
The monastery complex, now divided into three sections, maintains its original structure and remains accessible via Via Collemassaro.
A bell donated by Saint Benedict during his stay at the abbey remains preserved at the Benedictine Sisters Monastery of Alatri.
