Access to this region is through the main excavation pathways, with foot trails connecting the different house clusters throughout the area. Sturdy walking shoes are important since the ground is uneven and rocky, and you may need several hours to see the main structures at a comfortable pace.

Recent excavations here uncovered dining rooms decorated with elaborate mythological frescoes, revealing how Romans invested in artistic decoration for their meal spaces. These discoveries have reshaped our understanding of the creativity and diversity found in Roman domestic design.
