Villa Masini stands as a three-story rectangular building with decorative facades, complemented by Italian gardens and numerous cement sculptures.
The industrialist Angelo Masini commissioned engineer Giuseppe Petrini to construct this residence in 1924, with completion achieved in 1927.
The interior spaces combine traditional decorations with Liberty style elements, featuring an octagonal vestibule adorned with yellow Siena marble fountain.
The property extends across a large fenced area at Via del Pestello 22-24, with the main entrance marked by an iron gate with floral motifs.
The villa served as a filming location for Roberto Benigni's Academy Award-winning film 'Life is Beautiful' during the 1990s.
