Villa Puccini, National museum residence in Torre del Lago, Italy.

The two-story rectangular villa features Art Nouveau architecture with oriental-inspired gardens and linear decorations on its main facade overlooking Lake Massaciuccoli.

Giacomo Puccini purchased this lakeside property in 1899 and transformed it into his permanent residence, where he composed numerous operas until 1921.

The museum displays the composer's personal belongings, including his Förster piano, portraits, original furnishings, and a collection of musical manuscripts from his creative period.

The villa museum, located at Viale Giacomo Puccini 266, offers guided tours and contains a chapel housing the graves of Puccini and his family members.

The Puccini Archive within the adjacent auditorium preserves 28,500 documents, including 10,500 letters, 1,500 musical manuscripts, and 2,100 photographs from the composer's life.
