Villa di Geggiano is a baroque residence with a rectangular footprint set among formal gardens designed with architectural elements by sculptor François Joseph Bosio. The grounds also support olive trees for oil production.

The property became part of the Bianchi Bandinelli family in 1527 when Girolama Santi brought it as her dowry upon marrying Girolamo Bandinelli. This family connection shaped the estate's path through the following centuries.

The vestibule frescoes, painted around 1790 by the Tyrolean Ignazio Moder after drawings by Giuseppe Zocchi, show the seasons and portraits of the Bianchi Bandinelli family and friends, including Alessandra Mari of the anti-Jacobin "Viva Maria!" movement. Upstairs, exotic Parisian wallpapers and chinoiserie hangings reflect the cosmopolitan taste of Mario Bianchi Bandinelli.
