WI. MU. Museo del Vino

The WiMu wine museum occupies multiple levels of Barolo Castle, presenting exhibitions through multimedia installations, texts, images, and interactive displays.

The museum opened its doors in 2010 within a thousand-year-old castle, transforming the medieval structure into a contemporary space dedicated to wine education.

Each floor of the museum connects wine to different aspects of society, including art, literature, cinema, and regional gastronomy through specialized exhibits.

The museum welcomes visitors daily from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with guided tours, wine tastings, and educational programs for schools and families.

Starting from the panoramic terrace on the third floor, visitors follow a descending path through the castle, ending in the ancient cellars.
