Villa Fiorita, Architectural ensemble and municipal headquarters in Brugherio, Italy.
The L-shaped villa features wrought iron railings at the main entrance, supported by late baroque pillars, leading to a 7,000-square-meter park.
Built in 1721 for Count Scotti, the property changed ownership in 1778 to Gaspare Ghirlanda who initiated substantial reconstruction of the building.
The grand staircase contains a fresco titled 'Arts and Crafts' depicting aspects of cultural, family, agricultural, and social life themes.
The villa serves as Brugherio's town hall since 1978, following extensive renovations that preserved historical elements while adapting the space for municipal use.
From 1949 to 1956, painter Filippo de Pisis resided in the villa when it functioned as a mental health facility, using the greenhouse as his art studio.
