MUDEC - Museum of Cultures

The MUDEC Museum spans multiple exhibition spaces showcasing artifacts, art pieces, and cultural objects from civilizations across Africa, Asia, Americas, and Oceania.

Established in 2015 within a former industrial complex, the museum maintains collections originally gathered through Milan's international trade connections since the 19th century.

The museum organizes exhibitions examining global artistic expressions, including temporary displays of international artworks and permanent collections of non-European cultural heritage.

Visitors can access the museum from Monday afternoon through Sunday, with extended evening hours on Thursdays and Saturdays until 22:30.

Through a public-private partnership between Milan Municipality and 24 ORE Cultura, MUDEC conducts research on artifact origins to document their collection methods.
