Torre Unipol

Torre Unipol is an office skyscraper with 23 above-ground floors and 3 underground levels, distinguished by its modern glass and steel structure. The building houses office spaces and commercial areas within Milan's business quarter.

Construction began in 2017 and was completed in 2023, marking a six-year development in Milan's business quarter. The project emerged as part of the ongoing modernization of the Porta Nuova neighborhood.

The building reflects how Milan constantly reinvents itself and shows that modern architecture fits naturally into the city's fabric. Its presence in Porta Nuova has shaped the neighborhood and demonstrates how Milan engages with contemporary design.

The tower is located in Porta Nuova, a central and easily accessible area of Milan with good transportation links. Visitors can view the exterior facade, but interior spaces are offices not open to the public.

The building was designed by architect Mario Cucinella and combines environmental considerations with modern design to demonstrate sustainable building practices. This integration of eco-conscious elements into a large office project shows a new path for commercial development in Milan.
