IBM Studios is a multifunctional pavilion between Piazza Gae Aulenti and the Porta Nuova gardens, built on a reinforced concrete core with a wooden frame and no internal columns. It covers about 3,500 m², rises 22 metres, and has three floors: an auditorium, a nursery, and a meeting and events space. Two 12-metre screens open like wings on opposite sides, facing the square and the park.

The building was designed by renowned architect Michele De Lucchi and opened in 2015. Its creation reflected Milan's growing focus on technology and design-driven workspaces in the city's business district.

The pavilion's name changed with its use: opened in 2015 as the UniCredit Pavilion, it was renamed IBM Studios and inaugurated under that name on 24 June 2019 during the Think Summit Milano event. Its three floors hold an auditorium, a nursery and a meeting and events space, so conferences, concerts and exhibitions share the building.

The pavilion stands between Piazza Gae Aulenti and the Porta Nuova gardens, a short walk from Porta Garibaldi station. It is a private venue hired by IBM Italia, so the interior opens to the public only during conferences, concerts, exhibitions and seminars. The two 12-metre screens on opposite sides can be seen from the square and the park at any time.

The interior was transformed by COIMA Image with innovative technology, including integrated virtual and augmented reality systems for interactive demonstrations. These systems allow teams to present ideas and designs in ways that go beyond traditional presentations, creating immersive experiences for visitors and clients.
