Torre Diamante, Steel skyscraper in Porta Nuova district, Milan, Italy

Torre Diamante is a steel office tower with 32 floors rising 140 meters in the Porta Nuova district. Its slanted outer columns frame expansive windows around a central core, allowing daylight to reach deep into the building.

Construction began in January 2010 as part of the Porta Nuova urban renewal initiative and finished in September 2012. The tower emerged as a modern landmark marking the district's transformation.

The building reflects modern Italian architectural progress through its steel structure design, making it the tallest steel building in the country.

Visitors can view the building from the street and enjoy its architectural form from different angles throughout the district. The location is easily accessible by public transport and sits within a contemporary business area worth exploring on foot.

The facade uses laminated glass instead of tempered glass, giving the tower a more uniform and subtle appearance than typical modern high-rises. This material choice creates a seamless visual effect across the building's surface.
