The ten-story Casa Feltrinelli features symmetrical facades with large protruding windows and stone cladding made of Mazzano stone and pink Baveno granite.
Constructed between 1934 and 1937, architect Lodovico Barbiano di Belgiojoso implemented an advanced steel skeletal structure, completing the framework in just 70 working days.
The building stands as an early example of metal-structured residential architecture in Italy, reflecting the modernist principles of the rationalist movement.
Located at Via Daniele Manin 37, the building contains residential apartments from the second floor upward, with offices occupying the ground floor and basement.
The structure incorporates an L-shaped plan with a flat roof garden, accessible from the top floor penthouse through a dedicated staircase.
