The Museo Arte, Storia e Territorio exhibits wooden sculptures, textiles, marble works, silver pieces, and illuminated manuscripts across 262 square meters of exhibition space.
The museum documents the evolution of the local community from Etruscan times through Roman periods, with particular focus on the Gonzaga family rule until the late 1500s.
Two main themes guide visitors through the collections: water resources and textile manufacturing, which shaped the economic development of the Castel Goffredo region.
The museum welcomes visitors from Wednesday to Sunday between 10:00-12:30 and 15:00-18:00, with closures on January 1st, Easter, August, and December 25th.
The museum preserves a collection of 116 artifacts that tell the story of local textile manufacturing traditions dating back to the 13th century.
