Palazzo Uffici Olivetti

Palazzo Uffici Olivetti is an office building in Ivrea with a star-shaped floor plan where three wings extend at 120-degree angles and meet at a central hexagonal staircase. A Murano glass skylight caps this core, while marble with varying vein patterns adorns the corridors throughout the interior.

Three architects designed and built this structure between 1960 and 1964 during a period when the company was expanding its industrial operations. The project embodied the postwar optimism and modernist principles that shaped Italian manufacturing during the early 1960s.

The building reflects the International style through its concrete structure, granite finishes, and expansive windows designed for optimal natural light. This architectural language embodied the company's identity as a manufacturer that valued both function and visual quality.
