The History Museum of Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park is housed in the former stables of Palazzo Sipari and displays 35 exhibition panels featuring official documents and historical park ranger uniforms. The collection includes personal items and artifacts connected to notable figures like Erminio Sipari and Benedetto Croce.

The museum opened in February 2022 and celebrates one century of nature protection in the region, marking the centenary of the Abruzzo National Park. It documents how park protection evolved over that span of time.

The museum showcases sections dedicated to regional wildlife, particularly the Apennine chamois and Marsican brown bear, which hold deep meaning for local communities. These animals represent the connection between people and their natural surroundings.

The museum is located in a historic building in central Pescasseroli and is easily accessible on foot. The spaces are manageable in size, making a visit comfortable within one to two hours without any special preparation needed.

The museum was designed with an innovative approach: its exhibitions travel through different municipalities within the park boundaries, bringing the story of conservation to every community. This model allows smaller villages to participate in sharing the park's heritage.
