Jordan Gate Towers, Mixed-use towers in Amman, Jordan
Two linked towers of 38 floors each stand on a three-story platform, creating a structural complex with a total area of 135,000 square meters.
Construction of the towers began in 2005 but faced multiple setbacks, including a fire in 2006 and a partial collapse, before resuming development in 2022.
The towers represent the modernization of Amman's architecture, designed by Jordanian architect Ja'afar Tuqan to combine contemporary urban development with local building traditions.
The northern tower contains residential apartments while the southern tower houses a 200-room Hilton hotel, with a shopping center featuring 70 retail stores below.
At 220 meters high and situated 985 meters above sea level in the Western Um Uthaina district, these towers form the tallest building structure in Jordan.
