Ramtha Martyrs Memorial is a military memorial covering 34 dunams south of Ramtha, next to Jordan University of Science and Technology at the junction of roads to Irbid, Mafraq and Ramtha. Its engineering designs were made by the Jordanian Directorate of Housing and Military Works, and it consists of several sections.

Built in 2003, the memorial honours Jordanian soldiers killed in the events of 1970 in northern Jordan and those who died defending the Syrian Golan during the 1973 war. It stands on the same ground where units of the 40th King Hussein bin Talal Armoured Brigade massed in 1970. Its engineering designs were drawn up by the Jordanian Directorate of Housing and Military Works.

The memorial is named for the soldiers of the Jordanian Arab Army's northern region, and its commemorations tie to two dates: the 1970 events in northern Jordan and the 1973 October War, when Jordanian troops fought for the Syrian Golan. The site itself is where the 40th King Hussein bin Talal Armoured Brigade assembled in 1970, linking the ground to the units remembered.

The memorial lies south of Ramtha, beside the Jordan University of Science and Technology campus, at the junction of the roads to Irbid, Mafraq and Ramtha. The site covers 34 dunams, so allow time to walk between its sections. Approaching from Ramtha, the junction is the landmark to look for.
