Umi-Shibaura Station is a terminal stop in Suehirochō, Yokohama, with a single platform built directly above the Keihin Canal. The platform provides open views across Tokyo Bay and the surrounding industrial waterfront.
The station opened in November 1940 as part of the Tsurumi Rinkō Railway. Three years later, it became part of Japanese National Railways through nationalization.
