Kujūkuri Beach, Sandy beach in Chiba Prefecture, Japan.

The 66-kilometer sandy shoreline extends from Cape Gyōbumi to Cape Taitō, forming a distinct arc along the northeast coast of Bōsō Peninsula.

During World War II, Allied forces identified Kujūkuri Beach as a potential landing site for Operation Coronet, influencing Emperor Hirohito's surrender decision.

The beach name originates from Minamoto no Yoritomo's measurement method, using arrows to mark each ri distance along the sand.

Visitors from Tokyo can reach the beach by taking the JR Sobu Line to Togane Station, followed by a local bus to the shoreline.

Tsurigasaki Coast, at the southern section of Kujūkuri Beach, served as the venue for surfing competitions during the 2020 Summer Olympics.
