Kagoshima Main Line Toll Gate is a mainline toll barrier on the Kyushu Expressway in Kawakami-chō, Kagoshima. It has 11 booths: four for the Moji direction (two ETC-only, one ETC/general, one general) and seven for the Kagoshima direction (three ETC-only, four general). Drivers from Fukuoka, Kumamoto and Miyazaki pay the toll here.

The toll gate sits on the Kyushu Expressway main line in Kawakami-chō, Kagoshima, between the Satsuma-Yoshida and Kagoshima-kita interchanges. Drivers coming from Fukuoka, Kumamoto or Miyazaki pay the toll here, while no main-line toll gate exists between Kagoshima-kita and Kagoshima interchanges. The gate has 11 booths: four for the Moji direction and seven for the Kagoshima direction.

Drivers coming from Fukuoka, Kumamoto or Miyazaki pay their toll at this gate, while those heading from Kagoshima-kita Interchange toward Kagoshima Interchange pay at an entrance or exit booth instead. Cars without an ETC device entering at Kagoshima-kita for the northbound direction collect a passage ticket here, so the fare is the same whichever of the two interchanges is used.

Drivers should allow extra time during peak hours when queues can build up at the lanes. Electronic payment systems speed up passage considerably compared to manual toll booths.

Drivers without an ETC device coming from Kagoshima-kita Interchange toward Fukuoka, Kumamoto or Miyazaki must collect a passage ticket here; using either Kagoshima-kita or Kagoshima Interchange then costs the same. Of the 11 booths, 4 serve the Moji direction and 7 the Kagoshima direction.
