Osaka Bay Tower, Skyscraper in Minato-ku, Osaka, Japan

The Osaka Bay Tower is a 200-meter skyscraper completed in March 1993 in the Minato-ku ward of Osaka. Its main tower rises 51 floors above ground and three below, with the top floor at 188.7 meters. The complex also includes the nine-story Bay Tower East, the seven-story Bay Tower West, the five-story Bay Tower North, and the fifty-story Prio Tower.

The building was completed in 1993 and marked a turning point in Osaka's urban growth during Japan's economic expansion period. This phase of high-rise construction fundamentally shaped the region's cityscape.

The name ORC 200, used from the 1993 opening until March 2018, stood for Osaka Resort City, with 200 for the building's height in metres. Radio Osaka moved its headquarters and studios into the second-street west building when the complex was finished. Since February 2019 the north building has housed the Soraniwa Onsen, an indoor hot-spring theme park with baths fed by water drawn from 1,000 m underground.

The tower is located in Osaka Resort City on the waterfront and is well connected by public transportation. The building has restaurants, shops, and viewing areas that make it easy to spend time there.

The tower's former name, ORC 200, stood for Osaka Resort City and the 200-metre height of its highest point. Radio Osaka moved its headquarters and studios into the second-street west building when the complex was completed, having broadcast from Sakuragi's Osaka Sankei Building since 1958.
