Khazret Sultan Mosque

Khazret Sultan Mosque is a large religious building of white marble with four tall minarets and a prominent central dome. The complex spans multiple levels and houses separate prayer halls along with spaces for ceremonies and education.

Construction started in 2009 and the building opened in 2012 after work was interrupted by a fire. This milestone marked an important addition to the city's religious infrastructure.

The mosque blends classical Islamic forms with Kazakh decorative patterns visible in stonework and metallic details throughout. Visitors notice fine geometric designs and traditional ornaments reflecting local craftsmanship everywhere they look.

The complex has separate areas for different visitors and religious activities spread across multiple floors. Guests should wear appropriate clothing and check prayer times and opening hours before visiting.
